Artist's Statement
"I have been painting for the past 15 years, primarily in acrylics. I love that I can start a painting and if it's not working, paint over it and 5 minutes later start fresh. Most of my personal favorite paintings are actually second or third beginnings. I feel that acrylic paintings are brighter and more vibrant than oils. This is perfect for me because my primary focus in all of my paintings is color interaction. I paint because I love it, the entire process, but I hope someday to find an audience for my work."
